Dandashi provides interior project management services for residential, medical and hospitality interior projects, overseeing projects lifecycle from scoping, planning, design up to quality inspection and completion. We offer to be your single point of contact and/or responsibility overseeing the following:

• Blueprint & projects plan reviews

• Project schedule creation, updates and management

• Cost estimation & management for material and labor

• Subcontractor & workers negotiation, hiring and management

• Permits & inspection coordination

Also if you are comfortable to work with a specific contractor but still need additional support on project management or client representation, we can work with you to achieve projects objectives with high quality results.
